Cake 'moci special'

Material:

200 grams of glutinous rice flour
50 grams of flour hunkwee
50 grams sago flour, cook with 100 ml of water until thickened, set aside

3 tablespoons granulated sugar
250 ml thick coconut milk
25 ml vegetable oil
red food coloring and green

For contents:

How to make:

  • Mix glutinous rice flour, hunkwee flour, sago flour, salt and sugar and mix well. Pour coconut milk gradually while stirring until blended. Add vegetable oil and stir well.
  • The dough into 3 parts. Each part is mixed with red dye, green, while the rest leave it white.
